I recently started using Madison Gray’s “WAKE” cushion. Since June I have seen an improvement of my chronic low back pain and a reduction in my right-sided sciatic pain. Nothing had helped my sciatica, including 3 epidural cortisone injections, physical therapy, accupuncture, or stretching exercises. I was unable to walk more than 40 yards or stand in one place more than 5-8 minutes before I would have to sit down to relieve the pain in my buttock and down my right leg. I am now able to do those activities without pain. I am so grateful to Madison for her “WAKE” cushion and the exercises she taught me.
